The company was founded in 1980 by an university graduate, thus we are well established and can understand students needs best. Unlike third party lettings agencies, we actually own all our properties and actively encourage prospective tenants to speak directly to the students residing in our homes about us. This is simply because we are very confident of our reputation as good landlords. Students praise our honest, no fees approach and the personal, direct communication they receive with their landlord. Conversely parents are reassured by our use of contracts provided by the two universities respectfully and our affiliation with a government approved deposit scheme. The majority of our tenants stay on with us, year after year.
